📌 Table top warranties cover structural integrity and manufacturing defects. They do not cover water damage, drilling, or cosmetic wear caused by misuse.
🔒 Extended Warranty Notes:

Our warranty covers defects in both functionality and manufacturing, ensuring you receive products that are reliable and ready to perform.

During the applicable warranty period, UDESK will repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion and in accordance with local regulations) any product, part, or component found to be defective under this policy.
While we stand behind the quality of our products, the following are not covered under the UDESK warranty policy:
⚙️ Labour & Service Charges
•Labour to install replacement parts is not included in the warranty.
•Installation service is chargeable at Rp 250,000 for Jakarta and surrounding cities.
• However, if the defect is due to UDESK’s negligence, all replacement parts, shipping, and installation instructions will be provided free of charge.
🪵 Natural Wood & Bamboo Series
•Bamboo Series and Natural Wood Table Tops (e.g., WildFolks, FJL Teak) are made from real wood.
As such, each piece is naturally unique — no two are the same.
• Grain patterns, small knots, hairline cracks, or color variation are normal and not considered defects.
•These features are part of the beauty and character of real wood and will develop naturally over time.
🎨 Cosmetic & Aesthetic Variations
•Minor aesthetic variations or surface imperfections that do not affect product functionality
•Scratches, marks, or paint fading from regular use
🔧 Usage-Related Exclusions
•Normal wear and tear of desk frame, table top, or chair fabric
• Any damage resulting from modification, alteration, misuse, or lack of maintenance
•Use of third-party accessories not approved by UDESK

•Consequential or incidental damages, including loss of use, productivity, or time, arising from the product or its defect
•Any claim due to inability to use the product for non-warranty-related reasons

Step 3: Receive Replacement
Once verified, we will:
• Ship the replacement part to you at no cost
• Provide clear installation instructions
Replacement parts are designed to be easy to install — no technician is usually required.
Step 4: Installation & Coverage
•Labour is not included under warranty. If you need help, an optional installation service is available for Rp 250,000 in Jakarta and surrounding areas.
•Replacement parts are covered for:
• The remaining warranty period,
•30 days, or
•As required by local law, whichever is longer.
Additional Notes:
•UDESK reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility.
