The UDESK Pro and Lite are both built to our exacting standards. However, the Pro offers a few extra features over the Lite.

Dual motors: the Pro’s dual motors means that it adjusts faster and more quietly, and holds more weight than the Lite.

Greater height range: the Pro goes both lower and higher than the Lite, so it suits more people. If you’re below 160cm, we definitely recommend the Pro.

Most definitely!

The UDESK Pro has the greatest height range in the market (60cm – 125cm). No matter how tall or short you are, we’re confident that it’ll fit you.

The Lite doesn’t have as large a height range (70cm – 115cm) as the Pro, but it still fits most people. If you’re shorter than 160cm, we recommend going with the Pro because it moves a full 10cm lower than the Lite.

Various table top sizes are available — the option includes dimensions, and will help you figure out the right size for you.

Our frames are designed to fit neatly into the tightest of spaces — they don’t jut out from underneath any of the table tops. If the measurements of your table top fit, UDESK will definitely fit. Easy!

Yes. You may build an UDESK tabletop size during the checkout or comments when selecting the tabletop.

If you want to have 160 x 70 table top size, simply choose and order variant one size bigger than your desired custom size, in this case 180 x 80 variant, and we will custom that size for you.

We don’t believe in products with a short lifespan. UDESK is built with the highest quality materials and components, so that it will last decades. We’ve had UDESK tested by various organisations so that we can be sure of it.

Note:This Warranty is valid only for desks and ergochair you bought via authorised channels (Products). Our authorised channels are (a) the website www.theudesk.com, (b) any store registered in the name of an theudesk entity on online like www.tokopedia.com/theudesk and www.shopee.co.id/theudesk.

Regretfully, we cannot determine the authenticity or original condition of products sold through other channels. Hence, we cannot provide warranty service for those products.

The warranty period starts from the date of product purchased invoice

1. Defects in the functionality of electronic and mechanical parts including:
   • the Lifting Mechanism
   • the Motors
   • the Control box unit
   • the Controller
2. Defects in the table frame and materials stemming from manufacturing defects
3. Defects in the manufacturing of materials leading to loss of functionality in the products at the time of delivery
4. Missing materials from the Products at the time of delivery

During the applicable warranty period, UDESK will repair, replace, or refund (at its option and in accordance with applicable law) any product, part, or component covered by this warranty.

1. The labour required to replace any defective parts on your UDESK
   • Any replacement parts, inclusive of shipping costs and installation instructions, shall be fully provided by UDESK
   • Labour to install the replacement part will be chargeable at Rp 200.000 at Jakarta and Neigbourhoods cities
2. Bamboo Series and Natural Wood Series
   • The use of real wood makes each piece of WildFolks and Natural Wood unique.
   • Expect your unique piece to develop it’s own character over time — variations of grain pattern, knots, scratches and hairline cracks.
   • These are not defects. Rather, they are part of the adventure of owing a real wood table tops, where your story literally gets written into the desk.
3. Minor aesthetic and cosmetic abnormalities or variations which do not affect the functionality of the Product.
4. Normal wear and tear including, but not limited to, the wear and tear or degradation of table top and desk frame.
5. Defects caused by modification, alteration, misuse or lack of maintenance as per set out by UDESK
6. Consequential or incidental damage, whether resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use this product or from defects in the the Product.

1. Submit your claims via this contact form to ensure proper handling.
   • A valid proof of purchase must be presented for us to reasonably verify the claim.
   • Our support team will work with you to troubleshoot the problem and identify the defective parts.
   • You will need to provide us with a clear photograph or video of the defect, and or other details we may request regarding the defect.
2. Upon verifying the defective part, we will ship a free replacement to you.
   • Our replacement parts designed to be extremely easy to install. Clear instructions will be provided to guide you on installing the replacement part.
   • We reserve the right to collect back the defective part.
   • Replacement parts are covered by the balance of the original warranty, 30 days, or as required under applicable law, whichever is longer
3. Labour of replacement is not included. Should you require it, there is a labour fee installation Rp. 200.000.
4. The warranty process is subject to the following:
   • UDESK reserves the right to determine whether a benefit under this warranty may be claimed.
   • Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part or material only.
   • Replacement parts and components replaced under this warranty may vary in colour and texture to the original.
   • Any item requiring repair or replacement due to any of the warranty exclusions will be at the purchaser’s expense.

UDESK partnership with JNE expedition, most of our delivery are using their fleet.

Customers can choose either to use JNE Regular and or JNE JTR Cargo mainly use for bulky products.

However there would be an instance where we have to use other expedition due unforeseen circumstances and we will highlight to customers in advance.

All shipping comes with traceable code to track whereabout the items.

We typically deliver within 3-7 days.
